Ridge Animal Hospital was opened over 30 years ago by Dr. James B. Gates. Since then, the hospital has grown by leaps and bounds over the years into a successful facility that prioritizes patient care and client relationships. With the addition of new doctors and staff in our varied history, the character of the Ridge has developed into a unique blend of personalities and friendliness. We strive to not only offer skilled diagnostic and surgical care, but to provide consistent and excellent general health care to keep animals in good health over their lifetimes.  Our doctors and staff work hard to accommodate each individual client’s circumstances in order to administer the best care for both pets and owners.

Currently, we have four doctors on staff with a variety of backgrounds and personalities as well as a close-knit support staff composed of full-time and part-time employees. Our goal as a hospital is to continue our exceptional service to our patients and clients while maintaining the same cozy environment and personal touch for which we're known.
